Initiative and creativity move the world. Learning is an integral part of creativity demonstration. Both initiative, creativity & learning foster the realization of ideas & experience in various technology and contribute to constant development. People who do things the way they have done it before, will never stand still and will get the same result all over again. Think as a leader and consider every opportunity to groom yourself and get the feel what’s been done around us. Make a constant habit of asking yourself: “What opportunities for growth can I carve out of this situation?” All you need to do is analyze and act. TED Talks has been there since past decade which is inspiring us on leadership quality, be self promotional and keep motivation level up to realize our goals. A culture of growth alone is not enough. We have to come up with the breakthrough ideas and translate them into real offerings. Bunch of aspiring technocrats from Singapore have started self motivational and inspiring learning institute called as “Learn @ TED”.
